FRANCESCA BARROW
Francesca Barrow is a British entrepreneur, creative director and founder whose work spans luxury beauty, culture and media. She is the founder of CHES Editions - the clean luxury haircare brand - recognised for its alt-natural research, meticulous formulations and editorial aesthetic, featured in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Country & Townhouse and leading global publications. She is also the creator of The Gloss List, a London-based reality series exploring the making of a modern beauty brand.
Before launching CHES Editions, Francesca founded Façonner, the Luxury Design Curators; through which she art-directed campaigns and crafted brand narratives; collaborating with the world's most iconic luxury fashion houses, editorial platforms and pioneering the London 'townhouse' concept as an experiential space for creative storytelling.
A multi-hyphenate talent, she also writes music and has worked with some of the industry's most respected producers and engineers, blending her artistic sensibility with brand world - including composing the track for CHES Editions' national TV campaign.
Recognised for her distinct visual universe and cross-disciplinary approach, Francesca continues to build an influential platform across beauty, media and creative innovation.
Façonner
Façonner, the luxury design curators founded by Francesca, became known for redefining how heritage fashion houses and emerging designers presented their creative identity. Through Façonner, she art directed editorial campaigns, and collaborated with some of the world's most iconic luxury maisons and platforms, crafting conceptual brand narratives marrying tradition with innovation. She also pioneered the London 'townhouse' model - an immersive exhibition space that brought artisanal luxury, community and design under one roof.
Music
Alongside her work in luxury and media, Francesca writes, produces and performs music, collaborating with some of the industry's most respected Grammy-winning engineers and producers. Her artistic sensibility informs every facet of her brand world - including composing the track for CHES Editions' national TV campaign. Music adds sonic dimension to her creative identity and her debut EP was praised as 'everything that makes people fall in love with music' - Wonderland Magazine.

CHES Editions is Francesca's multi-award-winning clean-luxury beauty brand, recognised for its alt-natural formulations ('creators of some of the finest hair oils out there' - Harpers Bazaar), high-performance 100% naturally derived haircare and editorial visual universe. Built from a deep commitment to sustainability (Highly Commended Responsible Haircare Brand - Future Icons 2026) and sensory design, CHES Editions has been featured in Vogue, Cosmopolitan and Sheerluxe and praised for bridging the gap between luxury aesthetics and conscious innovation.
The Gloss List
Created and directed by Francesca (co-produced by Nick Samwell-Smith), The Gloss List is a London-based reality series exploring the making of a modern beauty brand. Blending founder storytelling, behind-the-scenes entrepreneurship, and an elegant, cinematic tone, The Gloss List positions at the intersection of beauty and media; and Francesca's expansion into long-form storytelling and entertainment.
